What is a regimen?
A regimen is simply a routine that you decide to repeat consistently to achieve/maintain healthy hair. However, your routine shouldn’t be rocket science, strenuous or too frequent, otherwise you will despise it and simply stop doing it.
A weekly regimen is bearable and if well planned, it won’t feel like a chore but simply something you do. I will be sharing what my regimen entails as a result of experimentation and observing my hair response over time till I discovered what works for my hair. Your regimen should be unique to your hair type. What I will be sharing will be guidelines and perhaps tips you could in-cooperate into your own regimen because each individuals’ hair has different needs based on lifestyle, porosity and thickness.
